Square aimed to develop a net new feature to help Sellers gain a better understanding of their capabilities within its Ecosystem. This feature was designed to drive awareness, educate users, and provide a deep understanding of what was offered. To bring this new functionality to life, I collaborated with our designer and front-end engineer, starting with variables and permutations. As we developed, produced, and successfully launched our feature for the US market, Australian stakeholders decided to optimize this for their market. This optimization successfully measured top-of-funnel sign-ups, quiz usage, and scroll depth.
